How old does a child need to be to receive services from the children's program?

Although exceptions have been made, in general children should be 5 years of age or older to be referred to the children’s program.

Does my child need to be active with a therapist or psychiatrist to receive services?

Yes, all children, adolescents, and young adults need to be receiving treatment from a mental health treatment provider to be eligible to receive services from the Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult program.

Can you use the Wellness & Recovery Service without using any of the other Archway services?

No, you must be receiving either Adult Community-Based Support Services or Residential Services.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
